Accounts and Budget Free is a comprehensive multilingual personal budget manager for Windows. This application features an intuitive user interface with several wizards that help us manage our budget (income, expenses, bank transactions, etc), and even view it graphically represented.
Once the program is installed, we can start creating our own account. We can include all our bank accounts, credit/debit cards, cash, and any other items that we may need. We can work with one or several currencies. The icons on the toolbar provide quick access to our main page, transactions, payment due dates, budget, balance, and graphics. This program lets us change the date format and the decimal/categories/subcategories/fields delimiters. It is possible to import files from a bank, another accounting program, profiles, etc. We can also export files to CSV, QIF, HTML, and OFX. And most importantly, we can save the files to a more secure location, such as a removable device.
This free program supports only one user account at a time. There is a similar shareware program called Accounts and Budget which supports multiple accounts. This program runs under Windows Seven, Vista, XP, and 2000 operating systems. |
